1. Service Overview

Quick Wash India provides on-demand mobile vehicle cleaning and detailing services (“Services”) through our website and WhatsApp booking platform. By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Booking Process: You may book via our website “Book Now” button, WhatsApp (+91 93113 28675) or email (book@quickwashindia.site). A confirmation message will follow.
  • Pricing: All prices are as listed in our Pricing Plans. Quoted rates exclude any applicable taxes.
  • Payment Methods: Payments may be made online via UPI, credit/debit card, or in-person via cash/UPI upon service completion.

3. Cancellation & Refund

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% cancellation fee. If the service provider is unable to attend, you will receive a full refund or reschedule option.

4. Service Liability

Our technicians use premium products and follow industry best practices. However, Quick Wash India is not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage or cosmetic imperfections. Any service-related issues must be reported within 2 hours of completion for prompt resolution.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe access to your vehicle (e.g., parking position, water access).
  • Remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.
  • Comply with any site-specific rules or instructions from our staff.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—logos, text, graphics—is owned by Quick Wash India and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any material without express written permission.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use after changes implies acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
